Old Town Bluffton Inn is a gorgeous, immaculate property. Both my husband and I would give it more than 5 stars if we could.
We've both stayed in luxury hotels and resorts across the US and around the world. This property's feel and service are on par with some of the best we've seen. It's immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room has its own beautifully decorated private bathroom and the pantry is generously stocked. Even better, it's independently and locally owned. The owners are friendly, wonderful people who were on-site every day (even on the weekend).
There is so much to see and do within walking distance. Fantastic restaurants, bars and shops abound. We went to dinner with friends and family on a Saturday night at a fantastic local restaurant within walking distance of the Inn. Walking back we stumbled on two venues playing really great local music.
We highly recommend Old Town Bluffton Inn and will be back!

We are almost brand new. Construction was finished in January of 2019.

Yes, we have an elevator that goes to all 3 floors.

Each of our rooms has been carefully curated by our owners. No detail has gone unnoticed, as each room offers its own high-end and unique style.

Our property offers 14 rooms, with 9 King Rooms and 5 Double Queen Rooms.

King rooms offer private access to the southern shared verandas located on the front and back of the building. King rooms located on the second and third floors offer a private, designated seating area on the shared veranda located directly out of the room's double French doors. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine!

Yes, you must specify that you “do not” want housekeeping in your room; otherwise, there will be a Tidy Clean.

All of our pillow are synthetic and hypoallergenic.

We offer both a light grab-and-go breakfast and our signature "Warm Southern Bites" breakfast. Items are seasonal, but normally include sausage balls, biscuits, egg poppers, coffee, and tea. Additionally, we have fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and house-made pastries available. Grab a plate and enjoy breakfast at one of our appointed breakfast tables in our parlor area.

 

Yes, each room has a beautiful private bathroom.

No.

Guest privacy is our utmost priority. As a result, our front door and back door remain locked at all times. To enter the premises, guests must scan their room key. If you are checking-in, please ring our doorbell, and our staff will be happy to assist.

Yes, rooms 101 and 102 are specifically set up for ADA needs, and there is an ADA-compliant ramp for those with ADA needs.

We do not allow for late check-outs, no exceptions.

Due to the boutique nature of our property, early check-in will need to be requested the day of your arrival. Please call the front desk to inquire regarding our availability. Check-ins prior to 2:00 p.m are unlikely to be available.
