How old is your facility?

We are almost brand new. Construction was finished in January of 2019.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes, we have an elevator that goes to all 3 floors.

Are all of the 14 rooms different?

Yes, each room here is customized to be different from all others.

How many King room and how many Queen rooms are there?

There are 9 King Rooms and 5 Double Occupancy Rooms.

What rooms have balconies?

All King Rooms have a shared balcony. Each balcony front or back runs the entire width of the building with lots of space between sitting areas.

Are there any restaurants near the hotel?

Yes, we have 23 great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

Is there a pool on site?

No we do not have a pool.

Does my stay include a Tidy Clean or Towel Service?

Yes, you must specify that you “do not” want housekeeping in your room, otherwise there will be a Tidy Clean

Do you have non-down pillows?

All of our pillow are synthetic and hypoallergenic.

Do you serve a breakfast?

Yes, we serve a grab and go breakfast every morning from 7:30am to 11am daily.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

No, we are surrounded by 23 restaurants that are all within an easy walk.

Is there a spa on site?

No, we do not have a spa.

Do you take AAA or any other type of discount?

No, our best available rate is the best available rate.

Do your rooms each have their own private bathroom?

Yes, each room has a beautiful private bathroom

Do you have private parking?

No, we do not have private parking, but there is ample public parking surrounding the hotel.

Do you allow for late checkouts?

We do not allow for late checkouts, no exceptions.

Do you allow for early check ins?

2pm is the earliest check in that is even possible. Any request for before 2pm is not possible.

Do you allow pets?

Yes with a $100.00 pet fee, we have “Two” pet friendly rooms, pets are limited to dogs only, one dog per room, only pets 20lbs and under are allowed. No pets are ever allowed on the 2nd or 3rd floors, pets must be accompanied by owner/guest at all times. See pet policy for further details.

Are children allowed?

We do not allow children under the age of 16 years old, no exceptions.

How old do you have to be to book a room?

Unless accompanied by an adult, all paying guests must be at least 21 years of age.

Do you have roll away beds?

No

Is smoking permitted on the property?

No, if a guest smokes on OTBI property they will be charged $250.00 fee without question.

How do you preserve privacy in a down town location?

Our doors are always locked via magnetic locks and our guests must use their RFID card for entry. No card, no entry, 24/7.

Do you have ADA compliant rooms?

Yes, rooms 101 and 102 are specifically set up for ADA needs and there is an ADA compliant ramp for those with ADA needs.
