Our property offers 14 rooms, with 9 King Rooms and 5 Double Queen Rooms.
King rooms offer private access to the southern shared verandas located on the front and back of the building. King rooms located on the second and third floors offer a private, designated seating area on the shared veranda located directly out of the room's double French doors. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine!

While our property does not offer a pool as an amenity, we offer partnerships with other local businesses to get you out in the sun and on the water! Please inquire about our partnership with Beach House on Hilton Head and Outside Brands.
