Old Town Bluffton Inn Policies

Terms and Conditions:

  • A valid ID and valid credit card must be presented at the time of check in. (We accept Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, a Valid Drivers Licence or Passport)
  • Arrival/Departure: Check in is between 3-7 pm. If you plan on checking in after 7:00 pm please call and make special arrangements. Check out is at 11:00 am. Late check outs MUST be pre-arranged or else charges will apply. Early Departure and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • Children: We are an adult only property. We do not allow children under the age of 18. There are no exceptions to this policy for individual bookings. Total hotel book-outs have different policy, please inquire.
  • Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking, non-vaping (E-Cigarette) property. A $250.00 surcharge will be applied to your bill if there is evidence of smoking, vaping, or use of flame candles in the room or on the property.
  • Additional Guests: Our rooms are priced for a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Double Queen Rooms allow a 3rd guest for an up-charge of $75. Rooms do not allow space for cots and/or roll-aways.
  • Pet Policy and Rules: NO PETS OF ANY KIND OR SIZE ARE ALLOWED AT OLD TOWN BLUFFTON INN, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. Only service animals covered under the ADA Act are permitted. If a pet is found on the property without written management permission, a $500 fee will be added to your final bill. Any damages, fleas, odors, or stains found in the room will be the responsibility of the guest. Damages will be charged accordingly.
  • Rates/Policies: Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high-impact periods and for special requests.

    *OTBI, LLC reserves the right to cancel any active reservation or gift certificate, at the sole discretion of OTBI, LLC and without notice, that engages in a merchant services/credit card dispute against OTBI, LLC.

Group Bookings:

  • No group reservations (including bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or bridal parties) without prior approval. OTBI reserves the right to cancel any booking(s) that reflect a group reservation with more than two reservations without prior approval.
  • No shows and early departures will result in full charge of booking.
  • All group bookings must be handled via the phone. Please call 843-707-4045 for further information.
  • Group Booking Cancellation Policy: All group reservations from the time of booking are non-refundable, no exceptions. Group bookings with a pre-set flat rate are subject to prearranged terms and conditions, meaning all sales are final. Reservations are transferrable to new party members, however no credits, gift certificates or refunds will be issued of any kind, for any reason.
